- Waitlist information: name, email address, and pass interest preferences.
- Purchase information: details needed to process your order, such as name, email, and billing details.
- Communications: any information you provide when contacting support or requesting pass help.
Your payment card information is collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor; we do not receive or store your full card number.
b. Information we collect automatically
- Device and technical data (for example IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers)
- Usage data (for example pages and offers viewed, links clicked, and dates/times of visits)
- Approximate location derived from IP address to provide locally relevant content and offers

You are responsible for securing your email account because digital passes and order confirmations are sent by email.
