FAQ

Tourism passport questions, answered.

Pricing, redemption, what's included, and how the Lake Geneva Passport works — we're live now for summer.

How much does it cost?

A single pass is $39. One pass covers the full season at participating spots.

How do I get my pass after I pay?

Instantly on the confirmation screen — tap Open your pass and you're in. Email is backup with the same link. Works on your mobile browser; the iPhone app is optional.

How long is my pass valid?

Valid through the end of September 2026. Unlike most passports that are good for a day or weekend, yours lasts the whole season. Claim each participating spot's offer once anytime during the season.

Are there blackout dates?

No blackout dates. Every offer stays good every day through Sept 30.

Can I gift it?

Yes. Buy a pass and forward the purchase email or code to whoever you're gifting.

Can I use it more than once at the same spot?

One offer per spot, redeemable once. But there are 19 spots.

Do I need to book ahead anywhere?

Two spots: Clearwater Kayak and Board & Brush both need a reservation for the passport rate.

What if a partner won't honor it?

Email support and we'll sort it same day.

I lost my code.

Use the resend form at /resend with the email you used at checkout and we'll send a fresh open link.

I have an iPhone. Can I use this?

Yes. Open your pass from the confirmation screen or email link. You can also use the free iPhone app from the App Store if you prefer.

I have an Android phone. Can I use this?

Yes. Open your pass from the confirmation screen or email link in your mobile browser — no App Store required.

How do redemptions work?

Open your pass on your phone, choose a participating spot, and tap Redeem at counter when you arrive. Show your phone to staff — they confirm on their device and you see the offer claimed.

What is included?

A curated set of Lake Geneva dining, drinks, shopping, and activity experiences with offer details in one place.

Is it available now?
